Frequently Asked Questions
Plant & Pot Shipping
Plants will be dried (up to 72 hours) before shipping to prevent moisture from rotting the plant during transportation.
Plants may be shipped bare root or in a nursery pot. If the soil is dry, it will be shipped in the nursery pot. If the soil is wet, the plant will be shipped bare root to prevent rotting. For plants that are shipped in the nursery pot, the soil tends to get shifted. A soft brush can solve the problem.
If you want to receive the nursery pot and soil, please leave a note in your order.
When you receive the plant, please plant it into a nursery pot or your pot of choice right away.
Succulents are live plants and they do change colours depending on the season. We will ensure that we have the most updated photos of the plants on our website at all times. However, we cannot control the environment where the plants go to and the growing conditions, so the plant may change colours in the new environment.
Yes! Succulents do like to throw a fit LOL
Loss of leaves during shipping is completely normal and succulents are very sturdy plants and can easily grow new leaves once settled. Succulents do not get any water during shipping and they absorb their lower leaves for nutrients. Some leaves may also fall off during shipping, but you can always propagate the fallen leaves by putting it on top of soil and misting it every day until roots develop. Please note that you cannot propagate dried leaves.

All pots are handmade and therefore would have slight discrepancies from the photos. No two pots are exactly the same.
Yes! We ship succulents year-round. We have 72 hour heat packs available for purchase here.
We strongly recommend purchasing the heat pack along with the succulent during winter to ensure that your plant arrives safely. We are not responsible for any damages to the plant if a heat pack was not purchased during winter.
Korean succulents are succulent plants that are either native to Korea or cultivated in Korea. They are known for their unique and diverse forms, vibrant colours, and intricate patterns. These succulents have become highly sought after by plant enthusiasts and collectors worldwide for their beauty and ease of care. Many Korean succulents are also hybridized to create new and interesting varieties.
Please note that the succulent you are purchasing is sourced from Korea. It is important to note that in accordance with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulations, all imported plants must be free of soil and bare rooted. To comply with these regulations, the roots of our succulents are trimmed and thoroughly washed prior to export. But do not worry! Succulents grow back their roots once they find themselves at home and they will continue to flourish!
