At ViviQ Succulents, we aim to provide the best shipping experience for our customers. We take great care in packaging your order. If you have any questions about our shipping methods, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We offer free local pickup in Newmarket, Ontario L3Y 4T8 Canada. Please select the free pickup option at checkout along with the pickup window. Your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within a few hours, but depending on certain circumstances it can take up to 48 hours. A confirmation email with an exact pickup address will be sent to you when your order is ready. Please pickup within one week of receiving the confirmation email. After one week, orders will be cancelled and a 50% restocking fee will be taken. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

Currently, we offer free local delivery within Newmarket and Aurora for orders $50+ or $6 delivery for orders under $50. Locations outside of this will have to select the paid shipping option. Please allow some time to prepare your order. Orders are typically ready in few hours, but under certain circumstances it can take longer. Depending on our availability, same-day delivery can also be made. 

All orders made after 7AM will be delivered on the next business day's delivery schedule.

To see if you qualify for delivery, please select the shipping option at cart. Once you enter your address at checkout, the local delivery option will pop up if you qualify.

To schedule a delivery date, please refer to our schedule above, and enter in the delivery instructions which day & time you wish to have your delivery made.

Please ensure you are home for delivery. If no one is home, the package will be left at the doorstep. You will receive a picture confirmation of safe delivery via email. We are not responsible for any stolen packages left on your doorstep. 

Cost of shipping is determined at checkout.

​We ship plants & pots Canada-wide, and only pots to the U.S. Plants are not shipped outside Canada due to import regulations. Plants ordered outside of Canada will be cancelled.

​Please allow 24-72 hours for us to prepare your order. Pots will generally be shipped within 24-48 hours. However, plants may take up to 72 hours to ship as we want to dry out the roots before shipping to prevent moisture from rotting the plant during transportation. 

​At ViviQ Succulents, we only ship the highest quality plants. However, during shipping, there may be some loss of leaves which is completely normal. Succulents do easily grow new leaves so there is no need for concern. Also, since we dry out the plants before shipping, the succulents may look softer/darker than pictured. With proper care, the plant will revive and become fuller/more colourful within a few weeks. Please follow the plant care guide in our care page within the website.

We hope you understand that we cannot control how third-party shipping companies deliver your order, but we will always try to make sure the plant reaches you in the healthiest state. However, some events during shipping is out of our control. This limitation does not apply to pots. Please contact us if you receive a damaged/broken pot.
