Returns & Exchange Policy

At ViviQ Succulents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us within 14 days. We will do our best to answer any questions you may have.


Succulents are live, delicate plants that may be damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged or rotten succulent, please contact us within 72 hours at and include photos of the damaged plant. We will review your email and get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that fallen leaves are completely normal during shipping and no refund/exchange will be provided for this. We will provide a refund, or if available, a new plant for plants that have died within 72 hours after delivery. After that, no refund/exchange is provided. 


For pots, we have a 14 day return/exchange policy. If you have changed your mind or wish to exchange your product, you can contact us 14 days after delivery. If the pot arrived damaged, please send us pictures at with your order number. We will start the refund procedure after reviewing. 

We only accept returns or exchanges on all items in their original condition. Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returns/exchanges. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


To cancel your order before your order ships, please contact We will refund your order but a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded price. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.
